After all the discussion, this episode features another edition of "Silence Fools!." So, get ready for episode 27: The Orlando Roundup.

Recent Star Wars News

As always, the guys discuss recent Star Wars news. Although most of the Star Wars announcements came at Celebration, a few stories emerged over the past week. Despite Todd Fisher's report to the contrary, Carrie Fisher is not in Episode IX. Plus, there are news and rumors concerning the Star Wars presence at the Disney theme parks. In addition, the latest Force for Change video debuted a new alien species from the upcoming Han Solo movie.

Star Wars Celebration Orlando Recap

After discussing recent news and Skystalking, Taxus asks Dennis about his Celebration experience. Dennis recounts his experiences with panels, autographs, lines, Star Wars fans, and merchandise. Find out all this and more about his experience in this episode.

The Last Jedi Trailer

One of the most anticipated events of Star Wars Celebration Orlando was The Last Jedi teaser trailer. Thankfully, Rian Johnson, Kathleen Kennedy, and Lucasfilm did not disappoint. The guys discuss how this teaser stacks up against the teasers and trailers for The Force Awakens. Also, they discuss their favorite moments, and what were those things in the distance ahead of the speeders?

Rebels Season Four

By now, everyone heard the news that season four of Rebels is the final season. However, with this news came plenty of announcements. First, how will the upcoming season differ from the last? Also, the end point for Rebels is different than what most people expected after Rogue One. Plus, Lucasfilm debuted a trailer for season four at Celebration. The guys analyze it and share their theories for the upcoming season.

Silence Fools!

Finally, it wouldn't be an episode of Starships, Sabers, and Scoundrels without some listener feedback in "Silence Fools!" The Scoundrels sent in another five-year-old question via email and there is an iTunes review this week..

Thanks for listening to episode 27 of Starships, Sabers, and Scoundrels: The Orlando Roundup.

Home Alone

Well Scoundrels, it's been a tough few days, hasn't it? We've been stuck at home watching a near-endless deluge of fun and frivolity stream from Star Wars Celebration Orlando. But it hasn't been all bad, has it? I mean I accidentally got an extra chicken strip from Raising Cane's, so that was good. And I finally tried a chimichanga from a local gas-station. That started out good but, well, I digest, er, digress.

A Clip Show, Whaaaa?!?!?

We are the only Star Wars Podcast with the courage to not only risk insane content throughout the year, but to also combine them all into one great big risk pool of failed bits just to keep you at home entertained, and those who are desperately seeking a way to keep the high from Star Wars Celebration going on their way home.

But Wait There's More!

But misery loves company, so along the way we have special guests from the RetroZap family or past guests who also couldn't make it to Star Wars Celebration drop by to say hi. Look out for some all-to-familiar Easter Eggs! Well, not really. I just wanted to use that term since this show releases on Easter. We also have a VERY special SILENCE FOOLS message from a good-strong Scoundrel. Based on his predictions, you'll only have two or three more clip shows to worry about in the future.

No Thanks, I'll Pass.

Aw, come on.

OK, I'll listen.

Good. Now, pay attention to the road before you make this show entered into evidence in a trial!

 - Darth Taxus

PS, Thanks to James Volpe (also for the great show image), Jay Krebs (who still had a great week at the beach, so I don't feel too sorry for her), Michael Nipp (yo might have seen him at Celebration, but it was all a lie), Kate Dubinko (who is currently indisposed after appearing), Michael O'Connor (we really bonded... James Bonded), Bill Drewnowski (give a guy a little power and see what happens), Tim McMahon (the flashing podcaster, because he's fast), Courtney Martin (ay caramba), Mike Harris (read the fine print with him), Joey Letson (note: do better background checks on guests), AND Stephen Kent (for our Lifetime Original segment) for all appearing. We couldn't have done it without you!

Hey Scoundrels! Sorry this is late today, I'm nutso busy! In fact, I have no idea what Dennis did before I threw it together and published! YOLO, am I right? So lets all take a listen and be shocked or pleased.

Dennis continued to have a blast on the opening day of Star Wars Celebration Orlando. He sounds a little tired after the RetroZap party! Maybe he had a few too many Blue Russians, eh comrade? Listen in and revel in his glory!

Well scoundrels, Dennis is at Star Wars Celebration Orlando. I like talking, not typing, so I'll be brief. Day. One. Dennis. Swara. Salih. Beltway. Banthas. Name. Butchered. Taxus. Home. Sad. Pulling. Weeds. Enjoy.

Silence Fools!

Finally, it wouldn't be an episode of Starships, Sabers, and Scoundrels if the guys didn't attempt to answer listener feedback in "Silence Fools!" The loyal Scoundrels sent in plenty of email and social media feedback this week. In response, Dennis and Taxus answer questions about what gungans eat.
