After a brief discussion of Star Wars: Blips, the show turns to the news. The first item for discussion is the latest trailer for season four of Rebels. Dennis, Jay, and Taxus discuss the things that stood out plus what they are looking forward to most in the final season of Rebels. In addition, the Han Solo standalone film have a new cast member (hint: it is an Avenging personality). Plus, Star Wars: Forces of Destiny made some announcements regarding additions to the cast. Finally, in the biggest news of the week, the discussion turns to a discussion of a director opening for Episode IX.

The merchandise extravaganza that is Force Friday II came and went. Although Dennis, Taxus, and Jay didn't have any great shopping adventures, they each made discoveries during the now annual Star Wars shopping tradition. In this week's Hyperthetical, they discuss things they found and details related to The Last Jedi they learned.
Finally, no episode of Starships, Sabers, and Scoundrels is complete without some listener feedback in "Silence Fools!" In this edition, there is Force Friday feedback, Jay's "promotion" to host response, and t-shirt requests.
